First:  Filter the necessary items (bleu fields).
Second:  Copy your packing list (yellow fields) and paste it in your Tour plan.
or
Export this packing list to Excel by clicking the Excel export icon on top of the spreadsheet.

You should see a spreadsheet to compose you packing list.
You favourite browser is probably not IE or Excel is not installed on your computer.
